AICTE: UKIERI TECHNICAL LEADERSHIP PROGRAMME

The phase three program of UKIERI (UK- India Education & Research Initiative) is aimed at providing an overview of the key leadership and management challenges facing educational practitioners today, with a focus on the application of effective leadership and management techniques and their beneficial impact on departmental and institutional performance. The Change Management component of the program will result in significant measurable impact on the participating institutions .Workshops conducted under the program will also be accredited by CMI.
A total of 100 leaders from different Government and private engineering colleges and polytechnics of India are participating in the program and among them is the Principal, Don Bosco College of Engineering – Fatorda-Goa, Dr. Neena Panandikar. It is worth noting that these 100 participants have been selected from the 1043 applications received .The program is sponsored by AICTE in association with Dudley University, U.K.
