Computer Quest – A Technical Treasure Hunt Contest for First-Year Computer Engineering Students

“Computer Quest – A Treasure Hunt Contest” was organized for First-Year Computer Engineering students on 10th August 2026 as an engaging and interactive activity aimed at combining technical knowledge, logical thinking, teamwork, creativity, and fun. The contest featured a series of technical clues, computer-related puzzles, programming-based questions, riddles, and fun challenges that encouraged students to apply their basic knowledge of Computer Engineering in an exciting and practical manner. Participants worked enthusiastically in teams to decode clues, solve puzzles, complete challenges, and reach the final destination, creating a lively atmosphere filled with curiosity and healthy competition. The activity provided students with an opportunity to strengthen their problem- solving, analytical thinking, communication, and teamwork skills while making their learning experience enjoyable and memorable. The event successfully created a perfect blend of technical learning, creativity, collaboration, competition, and entertainment for the students. The programme was coordinated by Prof. Karishma Tuenkar and Prof. Sweta Morajkar. Overall, “Computer Quest” was a successful and fun-filled initiative that motivated First-Year Computer Engineering students to explore their technical abilities, think innovatively, and learn beyond the traditional classroom environment.
