“Blueprint for Success” and Goal-Setting Activities for FE Orientation

A session on “Blueprint for Success” and Goal-Setting Activities was organized as part of the SIP (Student Induction Program) to help students understand the importance of having a clear vision, setting meaningful goals and developing a structured approach towards personal and professional success.

The first session, “Blueprint for Success,” was conducted from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. by Elton Fernandes, National Trainer and JCI India Author. The session focused on the key elements required to build a successful and purposeful journey. Students were encouraged to understand their strengths, identify their aspirations and develop a positive mindset towards achieving their goals. The speaker highlighted the importance of planning, consistency, self-belief and taking purposeful action. The session motivated students to look beyond academic achievements and work towards holistic personal and professional development. Through engaging activities and practical exercises, students were guided to identify their short-term and long-term goals and understand the importance of setting clear, realistic and measurable objectives. The interactive nature of the session encouraged students to actively reflect on their aspirations and translate them into actionable goals. The activities also emphasized self-awareness, time management, commitment and continuous effort as essential components of achieving success.

The sessions provided students with valuable insights into goal-oriented thinking and encouraged them to take responsibility for shaping their future. The combination of an inspirational talk and hands-on goal-setting activities made the programme engaging and meaningful. The sessions successfully contributed to the overall objective of the SIP by helping students develop confidence, clarity of purpose and a positive approach towards their academic and personal journey. The programme was coordinated by Faculty Coordinator Amey Shet Tilve and concluded with active participation and enthusiastic response from the students.
